Ingredients
· 1 cup dried chickpeas, soaked overnight then
well cooked

2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
·
½ cup water
·
1/3 cup tahini
·
1/3 cup cold pressed olive oil
·
Juice of 1 lemon
·
Salt to taste
·
paprika
Method
· In a food processor blend garlic, chickpea and
tahina until smooth, gradually adding water
·
Then alternatively add lemon juice and oil
blend until smooth
·
Add salt to taste
·
Top with a little olive oil, and a sprinkle of
paprika
