Tatziki Dip



Ingredients
·         300gm natural or Greek yoghurt
·         1 medium cucumber
·         2 large cloves garlic, crushed
·         Black pepper
·         1 ½ tbsp. white wine vinegar
·         ¼ cup dill, chopped

Method
Grate the cucumber and squeeze the liquid from it. Combine with other ingredients and refrigerate before serving
